Define Assets and Delivery Specifications Before Generating Media

Set composition, size, versions and usage conditions to reduce rework and keep the result editable.
Define the delivery before the tool
Social images, presentation illustrations and product videos require different controls. Write down dimensions, use, text, duration and acceptable style. Then decide whether you need image generation, layout editing, video clips or narration. The tool's defaults should not decide the finished work.
Build an editable workflow
One possible division of work is to explore concepts in Midjourney or Firefly, then arrange text and layout in a design tool. Runway can prototype clips and ElevenLabs can produce narration. Keep source files, prompts and versions at each step instead of retaining only one flattened image or final video.
Test a sample before scaling up
Confirm the direction with one image, narration segment or shot. Check terminology, subtitles, hands, product appearance and continuity before producing a batch. The same prompt does not guarantee a consistent character. Select and correct important visuals one by one.
Check the usage conditions
Free plans, subscriptions and partner models can carry different commercial terms. Suno's official plan page, for example, distinguishes the commercial restrictions of its free plan. Brand imagery, another person's voice and personal likenesses also need appropriate rights. The ability to generate an asset is not permission to use it.
Verify the actual deliverable
Inspect small text and cropping at the final image dimensions. Play the complete exported video and listen to the audio. Include editable files and sources in the delivery package so later copy changes, aspect ratios or narration updates do not require starting again.
